The town of Wadsworth, Ohio, has grown around Hayne Farm leaving us with an agricultural enterprize in town.  An Interstate highway also bisects the farm with thousands of people passing each day. 

At Hayne Farm, we believe it is our responsiblity to project a positive image of the community and agriculture to all who can observe our operation.  Each year we spend a good amount of time and money on landscape, maintenance, and building and land improvements to the property for the benefit of the environment and community values. 

Among the tools we use to uphold the appearance of Hayne Farm is a Cat D3 dozer.  The Cat D3 is called upon for site preparation for construction, land forming for erosion control, any major changes in the landscape for aesthetic purposes, or general moving of dirt.  We ahve even used the D3 in the winter to break up ice when the 1/4 mile long drive became a sheet of ice due to freezing rain on compacted snow.
